Wolf’s Tale Games (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates wolfstalegames.com and our store at 4221 W Eisenhower Blvd, Bldg A Unit E, Loveland, CO 80537. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Event registration. When you RSVP or register for an event through our events calendar, we collect the information you submit — typically your name and email address.
Email list. If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address (and name, if you provide one) to send you updates about events, new products, and store news. Signup uses double opt-in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Direct contact. If you email or call us, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and for our own records.
Automatically collected information. Our hosting provider logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and site operation. We do not currently run analytics or advertising tracking software on this site.
Third-Party Services
A few features on our site are provided by outside services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Maps — the map on our Visit Us section is embedded from Google.
- AddToAny — powers the share buttons on our pages.
- MailerLite — sends our email list communications and stores subscriber information.
These services may set their own cookies or collect data according to their own policies; we don’t control that data once it leaves our site.
How We Use Your Information
- To manage event RSVPs and communicate about the events you’ve signed up for
- To send email updates to people who’ve opted in, and only until they unsubscribe
- To respond to questions or requests you send us directly
- To operate and secure the site
We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it with the third-party services listed above to the extent needed to provide those features.
Data Retention & Security
We keep event registration and contact information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, and take reasonable measures to protect it. No online system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message we send.
- Contact us at brandon@wolfstalegames.com to ask what information we have about you, or to request it be corrected or deleted.
Children’s Privacy
Our site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental involvement. Event RSVPs should be submitted by an adult.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
